1972 Custom 2WD Chevy Blazer / 1967 GMC Jimmy
Custom Artic Blue. The top is a double wall version for better rigidity. Under the hood is a 468 cubic inch Chevy Big Block V8 with 10.7:1 compression. Upgrades include JE forged pistons, Edelbrock performer rpm aluminum heads, Edelbrock performer rpm aluminum intake manifold, Howard’s roller cam and roller rockers, Comp cams valve springs, ARP fasteners, Fel-pro gaskets, Blaster SS coil, 6A ignition control and plug wires all from MSD. F.A.S.T EZ EFI self-tuning fuel injection system and a set of headers on headers. New process A833 4 speed manual transmission (3spd and overdrive gear). Transmission upgrades include a Ram Power Grip clutch, Ram Billet steel flywheel, and a Denny’s driveshaft. The rearend is a Ford 9” with 3.50 gear ratios. Additionally, a Yukon Dura Grip posi traction unit has been installed in the rear end. 4-wheel disc brakes, Early Classic Drop Spindles, Early Classic, Super Track Bar, Early Classic Shock Relocator Kit, Early Classic Front Sway Bar, Tubular Upper Control Arms, Powerbilt Training Arm X-member, US Mags Rambler wheels.
Originally a 1972 Chevy Blazer with a 350 V8, 4 speed manual, 3.73 rear gear 2wd truck.
